Booking Policy
All new clients are required a free consultation were we will personalize your lash set, share information to customize your aftercare routine and answer any questions you may have.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled service. Failure to provide any cancellation notice will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled service. Please call or text. Please do not email us to cancel or reschedule. Customers who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule and pay a $25 fee. (Please note: if you do not have at least 40% of your lash extension intact there will be an upcharge.) We appreciate your business and look forward to seeing you.
9 days or less is a one week fill
16 days or less is a two week fill
25 days or less is a three week fill
Anything passed 25 days is a full set

COVID 19
Vella iLab is taking every precaution suggested by our state to keep everyone safe. Here is an updated list of our new safety policy for COVID 19 starting May 22, 2020
A face mask is required. If you don’t have one I will provide one for you.
When you arrive, text or call before you come to make sure everything is disinfected, sinitized and there isn't anyone else in their room.
No guests are allowed. Come to your appointment alone.
You will be given hand sanitizer or asked to wash your hands for 20 seconds when arrive
No outside gloves please.
Blankets will be put aways so if you get cold easily bundle up.
During the service lets keep talking to a minimum
If you feel sick please stay home. We will reschedule if you are coughing or sneezing.
